DOES THE RAIN EFFECT THE QUALITY OF MY WINDOW CLEAN?
This must be without doubt the most frequently asked question regarding window cleaning. The simple answer is that it does NOT matter in the slightest for the pure water window cleaners. The quality of the window clean will not be compromised by the rain unlike traditional window cleaning where the detergents used react with the rain water. In the extremely unlikely event that a customer is not happy with a window clean done in the rain it will always be put right by Wombourne Window Cleaning.
DO YOU NEED AN OUTSIDE TAP FOR YOUR WATER TO CLEAN MY WINDOWS?
Some of the few remaining traditional window cleaners will still need your outside tap and indeed some water fed pole window cleaners who abuse their customers trust and fill up their window cleaning tanks with mere tap water. Wombourne Window Cleaning and the other professional window cleaners carry purified water in a delivery tank in the back of their van. This is then pumped to the brush at the end of the pole to enable a spotless finish on your glass.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO A WINDOW CLEANING CONTRACT?
There is No contract to sign. All services are supplied as predominantly a 4 week service however some people like a 6 or 8 weekly window clean. This is all agreed in verbal terms and is continued with good will. Should a customer no longer require the services of Wombourne Window Cleaning its as simple as saying don't clean my windows any more please.
I HAVE A LOCKED GATE HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN YOU ARE DUE AND HOW DO I PAY YOU?
I will need you to supply me with your mobile telephone number. The evening before each clean is due i will text you to inform you that i will be due to clean the following day. Some people reply out of courtesy however this is not really necessary unless you are unable to grant access or it is impossible for me to clean that day, building works etc. All gates and access can then be left open if there are no issues. If nobody is home i will text to confirm the window cleaning has been completed and payment will either be left somewhere around the property or by bank transfer to Wombourne Window Cleanings bank account. I will supply you with the necessary details.
WILL MY WINDOWS BE PERFECTLY SPOTLESS AFTER THE FIRST WINDOW CLEAN?
Sometimes it can take a couple of window cleans to get rid of the residues that have built up on the windows over the years. It may even take two or three attempts to remove all the previous window cleaning products that have been used however it will happen and once it does your windows will always be spotless and shiney and will stay cleaner for much longer.
